Shipping Policy

Every FlippyTales piece is finished and framed in Bengaluru and sent out with care. Here's what to expect once you order.

1. Where we ship

We ship across India, from our base in Bengaluru. For international enquiries, please write to us at hello@flippytales.in.

2. Processing time

Once your order is confirmed, we prepare and frame it and dispatch within 2–3 business days. Personalised items may take towards the end of this window, as each is made to order.

3. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location within India. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

4. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders over ₹1,499.

• For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details by email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.

6. Damaged or wrong items in transit

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@flippytales.in with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Delays

We dispatch on time, but once a parcel is with the courier, the delivery timeline is in their hands. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or regional disruptions are outside our control — but if anything seems stuck, reach out and we'll happily chase it down with you.

8. Incorrect address

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before you pay — it's the one detail we can't fix once a parcel is on its way. We're unable to cover orders lost to an incorrect address given at checkout, but we'll always help you trace it.
