Welcome to FlippyTales. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.flippytales.in and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

This website and the FlippyTales brand are operated by Soulvalley Global LLP ("FlippyTales," "we," "us," "our").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Our products

We sell framed wall art prints for children's rooms and nurseries. We work hard to show our products accurately, but the colours and finish you see on screen may vary slightly from the printed and framed item, depending on your display. Sizes are as stated on each product page.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Soulvalley Global LLP's GSTIN is 29AFTFS1282E1ZJ. We may change prices, products, and offers at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

4. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email; a contract forms only when we accept and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where an item is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud, and will refund any amount already paid.

5. 5. Personalised & made-to-order items

All FlippyTales products are made to order and framed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds — all sales are final, with one exception: items that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong, which we replace free of charge. For personalised products, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including the spelling of any name; please check carefully before paying, as we produce personalised items exactly as entered. 6. Payment

We accept prepaid payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, and other methods Razorpay enables). We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery. Your payment is subject to Razorpay's own terms.

Shipping timelines, areas, and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns, refunds & cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including artwork, designs, images, text, logos, and the FlippyTales name — is owned by or licensed to Soulvalley Global LLP and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Your purchase is for personal, non-commercial use of the physical product only.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlippyTales is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under India's consumer-protection laws.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.
